Escapement appears to be partly ceased and the movement does not run for long, in need of a service/clean and attention, winds so not overwound
This clock is ticking, striking and the repeat function works, there are several hairline cracks to the dial and some tarnishing to the brass case work and handle, see images for guidance, personal viewing advised where possible
