Interesting 19th century guitar; Back and sides: Brazilian rosewood, cleated repairs to back, a few hairline cracks to the sides; Top: fine grain natural spruce with continuous pearl abalone and boxwood inlay to the edges and sound hole; Neck: mahogany; Fretboard: ebony; Frets: good, refret; Hardware: good, butterfly engraved brass tuning strips with round bone buttons; Case: period ebonised case with red interior stamped Woodward to the case side above the latch; Overall condition: good/restored
