Movement - not functioning and requires repair, appears fully wound.
Dial - some minor light marks when viewed under a 10x loupe.
Glass - light surface marks.
Hands - good.
Case - light surface marks.
Crown - not winding - movement over wound, adjusting the hands, a few indentations to the cabouchon.
Strap - split and would benefit from a replacement.
