1821 Delannoy parlour guitar, made in France, bearing maker's label to the inner back; Back and sides: mahogany, expected scratches and general wear, small stable hairline split to centre back lower bout; Top: fine grain spruce, general play wear and marks but generally acceptable for age, pearl and ebony inlay to the sound hole rosette and edges; Neck; ebonised; Fingerboard: ebonised; Frets: good, refret, additional frets tapering onto the table; Hardware: generally good, some replacement friction pegs; Case: contemporary soft bag; Nut width: 50mm; Scale length: 640mm; Overall condition: good for age
