Movement - currently functioning.
Dial - good.
Glass - good.
Hands - general surface marks.
Case - probably re-gilded over silver, the inner case with an historical repair and small hole present to the stem; typical surface bruising. The outer case with inner repair patch to the top of the case back, hole and split and indentations around the repair, bruising to the case back, typical bruise marks and indistinct inscription to the case back - see all images for guidance.
