Great Western Railway (G.W.R) brass drum mantel clock timepiece, the 3.5" white dial inscribed 'G.W.R'., Kay & Co., Paris, with Duverdrey and Bloquel platform escapement movement, stamped no. 4902 on the back plate, case side and back, 5.75"; also another similar mantel clock in need of restoration, signed 'J.M. Skarratt & Cie, Paris, G.W.R' , case no. 5574 (2)

The better of the two clocks in this lot still has some condition issues although the movement ticks, the dial has several cracks at the centre and especially around 2 and 3 o'clock, the case is slightly tarnished and the lettering on the dial rubbed, see images for guidance, personal viewing always advised where possible
