Movement - currently functioning.
Dial - surface marks.
Glass - surface marks, bezel appears to be a replacement and possibly not silver.
Hands - surface corrosion.
Case - surface marks and some mild tarnish marks, engine turning appears good.
Crown - adjusting correctly.
