Interesting selection of assorted Chinese porcelain to include a pair of Canton famille rose vases 5" high, blue and white bowl, yellow stem cup, Canton plate, hexagonal bowl etc
There are a number of pieces in this lot, all with minor imperfections of sorts, the following faults are included but no means limited to:
Small blue and white bowl with firing spot imperfections, inclusions, rough upper rim with surface chips and flaked chipples various.
Pair of famille rose small vases - minor but notable glaze wear and colour fading.
Famille rose circular plate - abrasions, wear and losses to the painted decoration to include the gilt highlights and patches to each of the decorated panels.
Lobed plate - abrasions and minor wear to the painted decoration, firing spots and imperfections and grains notable to the underside.
Octagonal stoneware bowl - grainy imperfections to the interior, crazing and worn green ground to the interior, crude decoration imperfections and wear/losses various, rough wear and abrasions around the thick foot rim.
The yellow glazed stem cup measures 4" high, appears free from damages or repairs, the colour is strong and the decoration crisp, when shining a bright light up close to the body of the vessel there appears to be further lithophane type decoration of a dragon underglaze not visible to the naked eye.
