Samson, London - 18th century white metal and tortoiseshell triple cased verge pocket watch, the fusee movement signed Samson, London, no. 749, with pierced engraved balance bridge, gilt three arm balance, silvered regulating disc and square baluster pillars, signed enamel dial with Roman numerals and arcaded minute track with five minute divisions, beetle and poker hands, within plain cases and outer tortoiseshell case with pinwork decoration, 61mm (movement at fault, outer case at fault)
Movement - not functioning, fusee chain broken.
Dial - surface marks.
Glass - light surface marks and scratches.
Hands - surface marks and tarnishing, bend to the minute hand.
Case - inner case with tarnishing, middle case with heavy tarnishing and wear to the button, outer case with crack to the tortoiseshell to the case back, tortoiseshell missing to the bezel, some pinwork decoration missing, wear to the button.
