Restored 1958 Hofner President hollow body electric guitar, made in Germany; Body: blonde finish, figured maple back and sides and spruce top, some checking to top, other minor marks and dings but generally good; Neck: reset and repaired, mild wear to back; Fretboard: rosewood, mild indent wear; Frets: good; Electrics: working; Hardware: good, replacement bridge (original included); Case: fitted hard case; Weight: 2.29kg; Overall condition: good/restored

*Purchased by the vendor as a restoration project. The previous owner had cut off the neck extension, removing the fingerboard and truss rod. Extensive repairs included: neck removal and reset; truss rod reinforced with carbon fibre; replacing the missing pickup; fitting a compensated tailpiece and replacing the missing pickguard.
