** Purchased on the 3rd June 1963 from the Piazza San Silvestro, Rome. Also with the chronometer certificate and full report dated July 1962
Movement - currently functioning.
Dial - very rare underline dial, with lovely original patina with surface oxidised bubbling, date wheel replaced - see images.
Glass - good.
Hands - nice patina matching the dial although replaced at some stage with tritium service examples.
Case - typical light marks with crown guards polished, the bezel has a faded appearance and visible scratch marks - see all images.
Crown - screws down and adjusts correctly.
Strap - visible stain marks.
