Good early oak longcase clock case with aperture for a 10" square dial, the case with long narrow beaded door fitted with a circular lenticle and the hood surmounted by a moulded stepped cornice, 76.5" high
General condition good with expected wear and tear for age, there are some vertical cracks to the right hand side of the hood and there are two square patches half way down the trunk on either side, inside the hood the depth from back board to ledge where dial sits is 6.75", the width inside the hood is 13.75" and the cheeks (seat board uprights) to the inside top of the hood is 12 1/2"; also the depth inside the trunk is 6" and the width inside the trunk is 11.25".
