Fees

English mahogany double fusee calendar bracket clock, the 7" silvered arched dial signed Le Grave, London to the centre and with strike/silent to the arch, the movement with pull repeat and foliate engraved back plate, within a rounded arched stepped case surmounted by a brass carrying handle, 17.25" high, with pendulum (escapement converted from verge to anchor)

More Information

We are happy that the movement and case are original to each other, the movement has been converted from verge to anchor escapement, the dial is in reasonable condition, the hands would appear to be original but not something we can guarantee, the case has veneer cracks to the hood and slightly lifting, there is some damage to the back door around the lock with a small missing piece of veneer and a longer piece glued back above the keyhole, one of the back plate braces needs to be refitted to the side of the case, other minor general refurbishment matters to attend to. See images for guidance, personal viewing advised.
