Dial - clean.
Glass - surface marks present.
Hands - surface marks and wear.
Case - general wear to the plating around the case edges, also the back with inscription has visible surface scratches - see images for general guidance.
Crown - Omega, which has wear, but adjusts correctly.
Strap - non-Omega, has wear and would benefit with replacement.
