More Information

Guitar appears to have had a clear lacquer overspray with lacquer visible on the inner back through the f holes. There is some disturbance to the lacquer on the lower bout treble side with a patch of loss to the back and small patches of loss to the side and front, the reason for this is unknown. The original pickguard has small areas of gassing in places which has also caused oxidisation to the treble side of the neck pickup. The hardware is generally in good condition although the gold plating has faded slightly which is very typical. The potentiometers all date to 1966. The case is later from around 1980.
