Dial - the embossed centre is worn o the name is no longer visible - see images.
Glass - light marks.
Hands - good.
Case - the inner case bears hallmarks which are partially rubbed so the date mark is indistinct, typical light surface marks and bruising; the outer case has no hallmarks or makers mark, it fits the inner case extremely well and in good condition - possibly a later associated case - see images.
