Two similar Comtoise two train wall clocks with 8.5" dials (two pendulums)

Both these clocks are in poor condition with damages to the dial edges and around the winding holes, there are no weights and the pendulums have rusted rods and dented bobs, the hour hand is missing on one of the clocks. Please see images for guidance; personal viewing strongly advised where possible.
