1970 Guild F-312 twelve string acoustic guitar, made in USA; Back and sides: Brazilian rosewood, large cleated repaired crack to centre back, various dings and marks to back and sides; Top: natural spruce, various minor dings and marks; Neck: mahogany, light dings, appears to have been reset and likely needs further work with action slightly high; Fretboard: ebony; Frets: mild wear; Hardware: generally good; Case: period hard case; Overall condition: fair

In restored condition. Repaired crack to back. Refinished. Minor non structural marks throughout. Minor shrinkage to guard. Neck has been reset. Bridge has been reset with screw reinforcement (dots to bridge covering heads). See images for general condition guidance.
