1970 Guild F-312 twelve string acoustic guitar, made in USA; Back and sides: Brazilian rosewood, large cleated repaired crack to centre back, various dings and marks to back and sides; Top: natural spruce, various minor dings and marks; Neck: mahogany, light dings, appears to have been reset and likely needs further work with action slightly high; Fretboard: ebony; Frets: mild wear; Hardware: generally good; Case: period hard case; Overall condition: fair
