Good Milan School mandolin, unlabelled, with fluted bowl back, the spruce table with geometric mother of pearl banding and sound hole, the faux tortoiseshell scratchplate inlaid with an abalone and mother of pearl butterfly, the scalloped fretboard also inlaid with elongated mother of pearl markers and with violin scroll
This instrument generally appears to be in good condition but with some evidence of possible old repair work to the back of the neck where it joins the body, there is no indication of a maker, see images for guidance, personal viewing always advised where possible
