* The vendor of this movement has been in direct correspondence with Nicklaus Maag who was the authority on all things Magneta. He published an article on the Magneta Company which was founded by Martin Fischer, the inventor in 1901. This article was published in the German bulletin of Chronometrophilia. This movement has been identified as the same model which is still running in The Parliament Building in Wellington, New Zealand
