Joseph Walley, Liverpool - George III silver pair cased verge pocket watch, London 1770, the signed fusee movement, no. 2444, with pierced engraved balance cock, diamond endstone, flat steel three arm balance, regulating disc and square baluster pillars, signed and numbered dust cover, enamel dial with Roman numerals, outer Arabic five minute divisions and minute markers, beetle and poker hands, bullseye glass, plain matching cases, the inner case inscribed with the initial 'W*P' and the outer case faintly inscribed 'WP', case maker 'W.B', 51mm

Movement - currently functioning.
Dial - light surface marks and scratches.
Glass - light surface scratches.
Hands - light surface marks.
Case - inner case with some mild tarnishing, stem/bow a replacement, solder visible to the inside case and around the base of the stem, bezel hinge requires repair, outer case with a couple of small mild bruise marks, surface scratches, button at fault.
