** Private provenance - purchased in the early 1970s by the present owner from a Canadian Army officer. Worn by the current owner on various Military and United Nations helicopter flying operations in Great Britain, Ulster, Cyprus, Belize, Honduras and Jamaica.

** In 1965 Edward Higgins 'Ed' White (1930-1967) was the first American to 'walk in space' outside of his Gemini 4 capsule. The Omega 105.003 has been coined the 'Ed White' as it was on the wrist of White during this historic milestone in space exploration

** The production period of the 105.003 was very short, lasting around three years from 1963. In 1966 it was superseded by the 'Professional' ref.105.012 famously worn on the moon in 1969
