Fees

Good and unusual French Tole Ware two train wall dial clock, the 6.5" silvered chapter ring enclosing an engine turned centre, the movement back plate signed C.Louzier, Paris with pull repeat and five pointed countwheel numbered on the edge, within a decorative case with deep convex dial glass, egg and dart cast bezel and decorative case gilded with scrolling foliage on a red ground, 17" overall diameter (pendulum and key)

More Information

We would estimate the age of this clock to be early 20th century, very decorative clock in good condition with only minor marks on the silvered chapter ring and gilt rubbing on the case, poor repeats and movement appear in working order, there is a possibility that this case has been later painted and gilded, although there are signs of some age to the artwork. See images for guidance, personal viewing always advised where possible.
