£1,200 - £1,600
English ebonised triple fusee bracket clock of small size, the 5.5" rounded arched dial signed Foster Birchin Lane, London on an arched plate to the matted centre enclosed by a later silvered chapter ring, with strike/silent subsidiary dial to the arch, playing on a nest of eight bells and striking the hours on another, the movement engraved with scrolling foliage, within a later ormolu mounted stepped case surmounted by a caddy top, four urn finials and a carrying handle, 18" high (pendulum)
This clock appears in very good condition and in working order, the movement and dial are old and the case a later marriage, we would estimate the age of the clock to be late 18th/early 19th century but the case is probably later 20th century.
