Patent J.W - rare late 19th century silver quarter repeating lever pocket watch, the repeat functions activated by the crown and folding lever to the case band, with a single hammer striking a gong, gilt bar movement with compensated balance, inscribed 'Patent J.W', inscribed Roman numeral dial with outer Arabic numerals and subsidiary seconds dial, blued spade hands, within a fine engraved case with inscribed cuvette, 52mm

** The repeat functions are activated from the crown and lever to the case band.

Turn the lever 90 degrees to strike the hours; then turn approximately 135 degrees to strike the quarters.

Then align the lever to the case
