Very rare French bronze André Guilmet novelty sawmill Industrial mantel clock, the two train movement striking on a gong and inscribed Medaille D'or, GLT, Bte SGDG Paris, no. 1565, the 2.75" gilt dial signed Josse-Goudallier, Amiens, fitted into a pedestal surmounted by the saw bench attended by a standing industrial dressed figure attached to the movement back door, working under a vertical saw supported by an adjacent tapered stand fitted to the top with a wheel upon a rectangular diaper patterned bronze base and black marble stepped stand, 15.5" high, 13.25" wide, 6.25" deep
