English 18th century silver pair cased verge pocket watch, London 1767, the fusee movement signed Josh Stancliffe, Halifax, no. 9946, with an ornate silvered balance cock, three-arm balance, regulating dial and square baluster pillars, the dial signed Joshua Naylor, with Roman numerals, outer Arabic minute chapter and beetle and poker hands, matching cases, case maker 'IB' (possibly John Bingley), 51mm
Movement - a nice ornate movement which appears currently functioning.
Dial - signed 'Naylor' which is different from the movement, typical light marks present.
Glass - light marks present, fits the bezel but sits a little loose at present.
Hands - surface marks, but matching.
Case - the outer case button is worn, some inner repair to the outer case which has been professionally done - see images.
