Rare Regency mahogany metamorphic library steps armchair, with a horizontal back over scroll swept arms, with a later ply seat with a reeded front rail and upon sabre reeded fore legs, opening to reveal a set of four steps, 22" wide, the chair back 35" high

replaced ply seat panel, some corners and joints with historic damages and repairs, hinges will need further screws for use, overall rather tired and perhaps altered when looking at panels and coverings of steps etc. two brass recesses at the arm rests seem to be surplus to current function see all images attached as a guide
