The general condition appears reasonable with expected wear and tear for age, the upper section of the front slightly sun faded and minor loss of paint on the dial especially around the winding holes, there is a pendulum but no weights, The state of the veneer is very good with no signs of any missing or lifting, see images for guidance, personal viewing always advisable where possible.
