Generally in very good condition. One small hairline to top (see images). Some finish clouding to treble side. Body with some other minor dings and marks, including some play dings to top. Neck straight. Fretboard clean. Frets with minor wear, but still plenty of life left. 12th fret Action 4mm at lower E and 3.5mm at higher E. See images for general condition guidance
