George III silver verge pair cased pocket watch, London 1797, the fusee movement signed Thos Reynolds, London, no. 9630, with pierced engraved balance cock with mask, steel three arm balance, silvered regulating disc and cylindrical pillars, signed and numbered dust cover, the dial with Roman numerals and minute track, blued steel hands, within plain matching cases, case maker 'TC' (Thomas Carpenter), 58mm
Movement - currently functioning.
Dial - light surface marks.
Glass - light surface marks.
Hands - light marks.
Case - inner case with some tarnishing and bruise marks, outer case with some tarnishing and bruise marks to the case back, appears to have been repaired to the centre as there is solder to the inside of the case and evidence of an old split mark to the case back.
