Martin Fleeson (1934-1985) was an English maker with a reputation good enough to get his name published in a chart of the finest guitar makers since 1800. He was self-taught and began to build professionally in 1967. John Williams occasionally uses a Fleeson on his recordings (the latest being on his Magic Box CD, 2001) when he needs a contrast to his Smallman.
Condition notes: this guitar generally appears to be in good condition and free of any major repairs although there are surface marks around. There is some tarnishing/oxidisation to the frets which will need cleaning.
