scale length 650mm, nut width 54mm. Action height at 12th fret 3mm approx.
Guitar in reasonable condition although there are hairlines to treble side of top - lower bout and 2 surface hairline going from the bridge to boy end. There does not appear to be any major issues that we can see. Bridge saddle set as low as it can go. Neck appears fairly straight. perhaps the smallest of pulling if being critical.
