Condition generally very good for age and as per description.
Frets and board in remarkbly good shape and bidning nibs consistant. This could signal a refret and rebind, but could also be original judging by the condition of the rest of the guitar. Backplate altered for unknown reason. Loss to gold plating. Minor checking to finish. Binding good.
