Early 19th century English harp-lute by and inscribed Light, Foley Place, London above the fretboard, the black lacquered body with seven ribs and two sound holes, the table and sound hole edged with gilt flowers and foliage, giltwood sunburst rose, within a repeating foliate border, the fingerboard with seven frets, with seven strings over the fingerboard and five diapasons, the fluted column terminating in a gilt painted scroll, four tuning rings and one capo tasto position, 33" long
