Attractive small brass two train mantel clock striking on a gong and probably made for the Turkish market, the 2.25" pointed arched silvered dial plate with Roman numerals and signed W. & M. Dodge, Manchester, the movement back plate stamped with ser. no. 1246 and the base plate stamped C.L.101, within a pillared case cast with figures on horseback and birds amidst scrolling foliage, surmounted by a cupola with baluster finial and crescent moon, 11.5" high (with two keys for winding and hand adjustment)
There appears to be no serious damage to the case but in need of complete re-silvering, also some silver loss to the dial plate, neither movement train is currently functioning and the clock has not been running for a long time so the movement possibly in need of just a clean.
