Good French heavy rustic fruitwood refectory table, the cleated plank top over square supports united by H stretcher, 73" wide 37" deep 30" high

The - possibly reclaimed - plank top measures 2.5" thick; the table top appears to be a marriage with the supports and frame, there are fixture holes to the underside of the table top suggesting originally with a different frame, age unknown but there is age related heavy wear around the legs, various historic worm holes to the table top and down the legs, possibly some artificial worm also, good patina and smoothed wear, great character, if anything the top perhaps though historic repairs and in-filled sections, water marks and ring marks to the top, the table is incredibly heavy and very structurally secure and stable.
