** Provenance - the watch was purchased from Watches of Switzerland, Cardiff circa 1972 by the current owner as an 18th birthday present. He recalls the cost was around £80 and he knew he was getting a good deal as it was similar to that worn by James Bond! He wore the watch most days for nearly 50 years and has now rather reluctantly decided it is time to give it a new home.

A fine early 5513 example with a lovely gloss patina dial.

Box and Papers - no box or papers, with service guarantee card as mentioned.
Movement - currently functioning and recently serviced.
Dial - the dial is a very nice gloss example with good patina, there are typical surface blemishes as expected - see all images for guidance.
Glass - good.
Hands - service/replacement hands undertaken during service by Rolex.
Case - overall nice clean condition - see images for guidance.
Crown - Triplock crown adjusting correctly.
Bracelet - U.S.A jubilee bracelet has mild link swelling and typical surface marks. the clasp has a visible bruise/dent with marks present.
