Dial - surface marks, small chip marks to the outer edge.
Glass - light surface marks, loose and spinning in the bezel.
Hands - not matching, surface marks.
Case - inner case with surface marks, some tarnishing and small bruise mark to the case side, outer case with bruise mark to the case back, tarnishing and surface marks, wear to the button.
