The work has faded in the sky, however the colours appear to be strong in the foreground and middle distance, there could be some slight oxidisation around the Chinese white on the figures' costumes and the picture is contained within a rather damaged Victorian gilt plaster and wooden frame with re-gilded inner slip, under glass.
