1930s Gibson L-30 archtop guitar, made in USA; Body: black finish, hairline crack to back, lacquer checking, dings, finish loss to edges and general play wear throughout; Neck: typical V profile with finish loss and dings, 10cent coin inset to head face; Fretboard: rosewood, groove wear to first position; Frets: worn; Electrics: later fitted under-saddle pickup wired through end pin and controls to bass hand f-hole; Hardware: damaged A tuner button, mild tarnishing to metal parts, later strap button installed to neck heel; Case: semi-rigid fibreboard case; Overall condition: fair
