Good playing condition with no structural problems evident.
Original soundboard repaired sensitively, and most original action parts survive, except a section of dampers reconstructed at restoration.
The new wrest plank fitted under the soundboard in 2007 and the re-gluing of main components have continued to support this instrument structurally.
New treble section to bridge.
Observations noted in the condition report are based on obvious signs to the naked eye from an experienced restorer. They are designed for quick analysis of their condition, leaving interested parties to carry out their own personal inspection. Please note that actions have not been removed from instruments.
