Early Atmos clock ser. no. 2135 (in need of restoration), the 2.75" white dial signed Atmos, Pendule Perpetuelle, within a bevelled glazed chrome case, 9.5" high
* This rare clock is believed to have been produced by Compagnie Générale de Radio (CGR) in France prior to the take over off the company by Jaeger-LeCoultre in 1935.
Despite the clock needing repair ( a new spring) and maintenance on the main mechanism it is a fine example of an Atmos clock.
The condition of the movement has been noted in the catalogue description, but other things to mention are that the top is separated from the clock and one screw barrel is missing and all the screws, there is a slight bend to the right hand corner of the top, there are some minor marks on the dial, the chrome casing is quite pitted and tarnished all over, there are two minor cracks to the glazed side panels on the canted edges. There is no guarantee that the bellows still function correctly, See images for guidance, personal viewing advised.
