*Rob Holliday is an English professional guitarist best known as the live guitarist for Gary Numan, The Prodigy and formerly Marilyn Manson. He is also the vocalist and guitarist of his own band Sulpher. This guitar has been used extensively on tour amongst other Les Paul type instruments with all of the artists that he has been associated with.
A Les Paul Standard from 1976 is a model that is not often seen, as the Les Paul Deluxe was the production Gibson model at the time. with the full sized humbucker Standard usually being a special order before the reintroduction of the model in 1977. Further to this, the guitar has a gold top finish which is also a rare feature for this model at the time.
