* The artist was a South African born British painter known for his brightly coloured stylised depictions of landscapes and seascapes. A number of his paintings were acquired by Queen Elizbeth II for The Royal Collection and his work is to be seen in galleries and other notable collections throughout the world. The artist lived in Rottingdeam, Sussex during the 1960s and 70s and made frequent trips abroad in search of new subjects to extend his repertoire.
