2003 Epiphone Gothic '58 Flying V electric guitar, satin black finish with sanding marks throughout, replacement Tonerider pickup in the bridge and DiMarzio in the neck, replaced brass hardware, Grover tuners; Condition: fair
The entire body has been sanded back with some sections more heavily sanded than others. Around the neck it looks like some refinishing but we believe this is just inconsistent sanding to remove the portrait of Orville Gibson that would have been here originally. Under a black light the finish is inconsistent but this can also be caused by the finish being worn away/removed. Some of the replacement brass hardware is slightly smaller than what would have been there originally.
The guitar appears structurally sound. Electrics functioning well and frets in very good shape with little signs of use.
