Movement - currently functioning, stop/work lever not functioning.
Dial - hairlines, surface marks, chips to the outer edge.
Glass - surface scratches.
Hands - not matching, surface marks, lacking subsidiary hand.
Case - associated case, movement with some slight play on the hinge, some rubbing to the engine turning, tarnishing and surface marks.
