Fine tortoiseshell and silver mounted carriage clock striking on a gong, the 2.25" white dial within an attractive case with foliate pierced silver corner mounts and compressed fluted ball feet, surmounted by an ornate handle, 6.5" high (key); also within an outer red Morocco leather folding traveling case
General condition appears very good and the movement is ticking, there is some minor tarnishing to the movement back plate, there are silver hallmarks on some of the mounts for London 1898, makers initials HBA, the outer case is in reasonable functioning condition but the silkwork inside is fairly soiled.
