Good English two day marine chronometer, signed Barraud, maker to the Royal Navy, 41, Corn Hill, London, no. 1973, with subsidiary seconds and state of wind dials, within a three part brass bound wooden case inset to the front with the circular maker's plaque inscribed Barraud 1973 (no winding key)
The movement ticks when wound and appears to be in reasonable original condition, there is no key and the box is in reasonable condition with expected wear and tear for age; the circular white disc to the front of the box looks composition or plastic and could be a later replacement.
